Whether you choose to contact me via the 'Contact Me' form on this website, or via a direct email to, the Personal Data that I collect is the information provided to me directly by you.  This is likely (but not restricted) to be your name, email address and information as provided through the contact form or email.  This website also uses Cookies and Google Analytics to enable me to track the effectiveness of the website.

What is the Purpose of Collecting this Data?

I collect this data to enable me to make contact with you in response to a direct enquiry you have made to me and in order to provide you with a service that is appropriate to your needs.

How long is Personal Data stored?

As the data collected by this website is for the purposes of enabling me to make contact with you to explore whether you would like to engage in therapy with me, the length of time this data is retained depends on whether you enter into therapy with me or not.  

If, after making contact with me via this website, you choose not to arrange an initial consultation, the data you have provided will be destroyed after 3 months.

If, after making contact with me via this website and proceed with an initial consultation, the data you have provided will be retained for a period of 7 years before being destroyed.

Additionally, as this website is hosted on the platform, your data may be temporarily stored through’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

How is Personal Data processed?

The data that you provide via this website is processed in accordance with the purpose of collecting the data as set out above and may be stored in either a secure digital or physical format that meets the requirements of the Data Protection Act (2018).  I do not and will not sell your data to third-parties.  

If you choose to make contact with me, I will provide you with a copy of my Pre-Therapy Information sheet and Privacy Statement which contains further details with regards to my policies on Confidentiality and data collection/retention.

I reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If I make material changes to this policy, I will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information I collect, how I use it, and under what circumstances, if any, I use and/or disclose it.
